New Delhi, After the bowlers’ superb performance, David Warner’s tumultuous half-century and Prithvi Shaw’s aggressive batting helped Delhi Capitals to a nine-wicket victory in the IPL T-20 cricket tournament on Wednesday. DC faced PBKS on Wednesday in IPL-204. But Delhi did not have to work hard to win this match.

After inviting PBKS to bat first, DC bowled out Mayank Agarwal for 114 in 20 overs.

Due to which an easy target of 114 runs was achieved against Delhi. The stormy batting of Prithvi Shaw and David Warner’s opening jade made the target much easier. Delhi reached the target by losing just one wicket.

The team led by Rishabh Pant won the match by 118 runs for the loss of one wicket in 10.2 overs. The target against DC team was 114 runs. This goal was made easier by the Earth Show and David Warner’s tumultuous shot.

The Jade had scored 4 runs for the first wicket in just 3.5 overs. Both the batsmen batted brilliantly. For example, the Earth Show missed half a century. He scored 71 off 50 balls with seven fours and a six. While David Warner managed to hit half a century. He played an unbeaten innings of 50 off 50 balls. Which included 10 fours and a six.

Apart from this, Sarfaraz Khan scored an unbeaten 15 runs. The only wicket for Punjab was taken by Rahul. Delhi won the toss and elected to bat first. However, Punjab’s batting was extremely poor and they were all-out for just 114 runs.

The first wicket of the team fell on the score of 3 runs and then by the time the score of 9 runs, it had lost four wickets. Openers Shikharan Dhawan and Jayne Bairstow were out for 2-2. While Liam Livingstone collected the pavilion in just two runs.SSS
