THE National Trust has been slammed by members for introducing gender-neutral loos.
Visitors voiced anger on social media, claiming that the charity — which charges an annual adult fee of £76.80 — has turned “woke”.

Some warned they would boycott the Trust’s sites and ditch their membership — which allows access to over 500 places of beauty or historic interest nationwide.
One woman, who walked her dog at 17th-century Tredegar House in Newport, South Wales, over the Bank Holiday weekend, tweeted: “Today, National Trust, I was forced to use your ‘gender neutral’ toilets. First door I tried opened to reveal a man peeing without the door locked.
“I won’t be renewing my membership.”
A sign on the lavatory door at the mansion’s cafe read: “Gender neutral toilets. Alternative toilet facilities are available by the main car park.”

Her tweet got more than 1,200 “likes”, with dozens calling for a boycott.
A man posted: “Hi National Trust, stop being woke and restore the status quo regarding toilets.”
A woman tweeted: “Many of your visitors are female and children. You seriously need to rethink any changes you have made to create unisex toilet facilities.”
Another female visitor said: “I had to stand outside the door for my teenage niece, as she was extremely uncomfortable as there were men waiting to use the same toilet.”
