New Delhi, Chennai star player and Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out with an injury and is likely to miss the rest of the IPL.
Earlier, Chennai Super Kings players Deepak Chahar and Adam Milne were also injured. Ravindra Jadeja did not play in the match against Delhi and according to media reports, Jadeja injured his upper body in the match against Bangalore. According to an English newspaper report, Jadeja is unlikely to recover from the injury and will likely miss the rest of the IPL.
The current season of IPL has not been very good for Ravindra Jadeja. He was named captain before the start of the season. Chennai lost the first four matches. After playing eight matches, Jadeja relinquished the captaincy and Dhoni took over the captaincy again. This season, Jadeja has managed to score only 114 runs in 10 matches at an average of 12.5.
