Vishal Fabrics Limited (BSE: 538598) (NSE: VISHAL) announced the promotion of Mr. Vinay Thadani as CEO. He will replace Mr. Brijmohan Chiripal, who resigned from the post on May 19, 2022. However, Mr. Brijmohan Chiripal will continue to serve as the Managing Director of the Board of the Company.
Mr. Thadani joined Chiripal Group of Companies in the year 2017 and served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Vishal Fabrics Ltd. Mr. Vinay Thadani is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He was responsible for planning, executing and managing the financial activities of the company and for enhancing the efficiency of the business. His commitment to achieving long term goals, his passion for overcoming problems and his humane approach are the factors responsible for the continued progress of Mr. Vinay Thadani.
