The agency paid the company Rs 2.31 lakh for the product. The case alleges that the goods were trapped in the agency because of it. The company, which later lodged a complaint, returned the fertilizer to the agency and paid a check of Rs 20 lakh in return. It bounced when the owner sent a check to the bank. Despite repeated reports, company officials and representatives did not pay attention.
The agency owner’s advocate also sent a legal notice to the company about the check bouncing, but the shopkeeper was not relieved. Exhausted, Neeraj Kumar went to the shelter of Nirala Court. The case was registered on behalf of Neeraj Kumar Nirala against former cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, CEO Rajesh Arya, state head Ajay Kumar, marketing head Arpit Dubey, MD Imran Zafar, marketing manager Vandana Anand and director Mahendra Singh.
