New Delhi: ABP Network, the country’s leading media group, on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. The purpose of this MoU is to strengthen the professionalism of both parties through a framework of mutual educational-practice alliance and to contribute to the development of an informed and liberal society.
The purpose of this agreement is to jointly investigate the socio-psychological effects of counterfeit news by both parties and to establish a mechanism for the prevention of counterfeit news to address this issue. The alliance will also focus on analyzing the counterfeit news ecosystem and recommending interventions at the policy level.
Both ABP Network and IIM Indore will collaborate and collaborate to conduct joint research to develop the processes and tools needed to build an informed and liberal society through this alliance.
They will develop a module to raise awareness on digital information for the citizens of India. Provision will also be made for short term training / research opportunities for ABP Network employees with IIM Indore. The two sides will also jointly hold seminars of mutual interest.

Under this, we are laying the foundation for building a conscious nation by combining the ABP network at the grassroots level and the intellectual excellence of IIM Indore. Under this we will first try to solve this problem by doing research on fake news. According to us, fake news can have an impact on individual psyche as well as social cohesion and national security.
