111 people have died in Balochistan so far due to monsoon rains that started from June 1. The country’s Chief Secretary Abdul Azai Akili said that at least 6077 houses have been completely destroyed in Balochistan due to heavy rains. While more than 10 thousand houses have been damaged.
16 dams have suffered heavy damage during rains. Some dams have been damaged more and some less. While the crops and gardens spread over two acres of land have been destroyed. Let us tell you that more than 500 percent rains have occurred during monsoon compared to earlier. Due to which public life has become chaotic.
Currently, around 10 districts of Balochistan in Pakistan are affected by heavy rains. Along with this, 650 km of roads have also been damaged due to rain. Roads and streets are flooded due to non-disposal of rainwater. Because of this, the problem of waterlogging has arisen.
Disaster rains have caused havoc in Jammu and Kashmir. Most of the areas of Jammu and Kashmir are submerged in water. In Poonch, Rajouri, Doda and Kathua, people’s houses have been inundated up to four feet. So the car got stuck in water in Kathua.
Most of the roads in the city are flooded. including school grounds. Streets, roads have become waterlogged. Due to which long jams are getting on the roads. But this calamity is not stopping yet. Red alert has been declared in many places in the state due to rain.SS1MS
