Pardi, A truck caught fire while running at full speed on the Ahmedabad Mumbai National Highway near Pardi in Valsad. The fire, which was initially small in scale, took a ferocious form within a few minutes. The entire truck was engulfed in flames. For example, the ever-bustling Ahmedabad Mumbai National Highway was filled with fear as trucks burst into flames and firecrackers burst from the trucks.
Traffic on the National Highway was also affected for some time due to the incident. As a matter of safety, traffic on the highway was also stopped for some time.
According to the details of the incident, a truck which was running at full speed from Mumbai to Ahmedabad suddenly caught fire near Motiwada of Pardi Taluka of Valsad on the Ahmedabad Mumbai National Highway. Initially, there was only a small fire in the truck.
But as the truck was loaded with a large quantity of perfume bottles, the fire soon took on a ferocious form. Importantly, perfume is a highly flammable substance. So, the whole truck was burnt after a little fire. As the perfume bottle caught fire, the bottles also sounded like crackers, causing panic in the surrounding area.
As soon as the incident was reported, the Pardi police team and the fire brigade team immediately reached the spot. However, new vehicular traffic was also stopped on the highway for some time as the entire truck caught fire due to the incident.
The fire in the truck was finally brought under control.. As earlier the entire truck and the contents including the perfume bottles inside were gutted.. No injury or loss of life has been reported yet in this incident. Pardi Police has taken necessary action regarding the entire incident.SS1MS
