Following the acquisition by Ques Corp in 2018 in the APAC and ME markets, Monster serves approximately 10,000 customers and over seven crore job seekers across 18 countries. The company is now evolving into an end-to-end talent management platform, providing a comprehensive solution to recruiters (employers) in India, SEA and the Gulf and highly personalized and contextual results to job seekers. This shift is in line with the company’s mission to connect the right talent with the right opportunities.

In 2018 Ques Corp acquired Monster Worldwide’s APAC business as a strategic investment to strengthen its HR portfolio and has operations in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
In 2021, Monster raised Rs 10,000 in a funding round led by investors such as Volrado Venture Partners and Mohandas Pai of Meridian Investments to expand its product-based offering and market. 137.5 crore was collected.
