New Delhi, After the defeat in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup, the Indian team has made a new start. In the second T20 match played against New Zealand under the leadership of Hardik Pandya, India won by 65 runs and took a 1-0 lead in the three-match series. Batting first, India scored 191 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs with the help of Suryakumar Yadav’s brilliant century. In response to which the New Zealand team scored only 126 runs in 18.5 overs and got all out. Deepak Hooda took the most 4 wickets from India.
Suryakumar Yadav, who performed strongly for India in the World Cup, also played a banging innings on New Zealand soil. Suryakumar Yadav scored an unbeaten 111 runs off 51 balls with 7 sixes and 11 fours. This is the second T20 century of Suryakumar Yadav’s career. Before this he scored a century against England. He became the second Indian player after Rohit Sharma to score two T20 centuries in a year.

New Zealand fast bowler Tim Saudi took a hat-trick in the last over of the innings. He has become the second bowler after Saudi Malinga to take two hat-tricks in T20 Internationals. Saudi dismissed Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda and Washington Sundar. Apart from this, Lockie Ferguson took two wickets from New Zealand.
Captain Kane Williamson scored 62 runs scoring a half-century for New Zealand chasing the target. Kane Williamson hit 4 fours and two sixes in 52 balls. Apart from this, Conway contributed 25 runs.
