235 flats with 1 flat costing 6 Crores – estimated one time cost 90 thousand
Hyderabad: South India’s tallest residential building is coming up in the city. SAS Crown, to rise 57 stories into the sky, will be erected at a height of 228 meters in the Golden Mile layout at Kokapet. Spread over 4.5 acres, the building will have five towers of 235 residences.
According to industry experts, SAS Crown will become the tallest skyscraper in South India, surpassing the 50-storey building in Bengaluru. Being constructed by Hyderabad-based SAS Infra,
The structure was granted a building permit by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) and recently approved by the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
“Construction is underway and the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025,” said Ashish Bhattacharya of SAS Infra. As of today, the price in SAS Crown is Rs. 8,950 per sq ft and each residence has a starting price of Rs. 6 crores. A person associated with the project said that prices are expected to increase in the coming days.
