Bhubaneswar: More than 70% votes were in favor of the proposed design for the redevelopment of Cuttack railway station, which was posted on Twitter by Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav.
Union Railway Minister (Minister for Railways Vaishnaw’s Proposed Design Of Cuttack Railway Station) uploaded the design of Cuttack Railway Station on Twitter and sought public opinion on the proposed design. The design was inspired by the theme of Cuttack Barabati Fort architecture.
The minister requested people to rate the design and further action would be taken based on the public rating. The public was requested to give maximum support to this new ideology.
The design uploaded by the Railway Minister had 74% vote ratings of ‘Very Good’ and ‘Excellent’. The design has been finalized by the Hon’ble Minister after such a huge response from the public,” East Coast Railway informed on Sunday evening.
