When we strive to achieve our goals, it seems that we don’t give importance to the routine things in life. This is a lesson for me. Responding to this question, Rishabh Pant says, ‘It is difficult to say, because my life is for cricket, but now I am focusing on getting back on my feet again.
I wake up in the morning and then have my first physiotherapy session of the day with my physiotherapist. After that, I take some rest and time to freshen up for another session. Then I start my second session. I train according to how much pain I can bear.
In the evening I take the third session of physiotherapy. I also try to sit in the sun. This process will continue until I am able to walk properly again.SS1MS
