Mumbai, Vidya Balan's new look in the recently released 'Bhool Bhulaiya 3' has shocked everyone. Earlier Vidya Balan was seen as overweight, while in this film, Vidya seems to have shed a significant amount of weight. For years, Vidya has been mocked for being overweight, but now she knows the real problem.
Vidya said that the real problem was inflammation in the body and the solution came from a proper diet. Due to which there was no need to work out. Vidya said during an interview that she struggled to look thin all her life. Did crazy exercises for it. Sometimes the weight would come off, but in no time the weight would increase at double the speed.
Earlier this year met with a nutritional group in Chennai. This guru believed that the root cause of weight gain is not fat but inflammation.
He changed my diet plan to reduce inflammation and it worked very well. Vidya Balan has been a lifelong vegetarian and was very fond of all vegetables. However, after meeting this group, Vidya realized that not all vegetables are beneficial.
You have to find out what is good and what is not. Because something that benefits one person does not necessarily benefit you. The nutritional group first stopped Vidya from exercising and then advised her to stay away from spinach and milk.
