According to a recent daily analysis by property search engine Home.co.uk, Sheffield lets average at £900 PCM, which is close to the current national average, excluding London. Naturally, prices vary according to property size, with one-bedroom rentals asking for £767 PCM. This rises to £1,200 for three-bedroom homes and £1,950 for five bedrooms.
