Paris,In today’s modern age people are using all the things associated with mobile in large quantities. In which people use headphones to listen to songs or watch videos from mobiles. Research from the National Institutes of Health and Medical Institute in France has found that 6% of the French population has hearing problems, meaning they are deaf.

This has been studied in France. Researchers believe that earlier research was done only on a small scale but this time according to the research, people have hearing problems due to lifestyle, social isolation, depression and loud music exposure. Happens.

The research found that sugar and depression can lead to hearing loss. So some others are troubled by loneliness, city noise pollution and the use of headphones.

In France, only 3% of people use hearing aids. People who smoke also use hearing aids less. In response to the growing problem, last year the French health department made hearing aids available to the public free of charge. Insurance has also been provided for hearing aid assistance.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 150 million people worldwide are experiencing some form of hearing loss. This number is expected to increase to 50 crore by 2020. Hence it is known as a health problem.

Excessive use of headphones can lead to hearing loss. Listening to songs with headphones for long periods of time can cause numbness in the ears. According to doctors, overuse of headphones can cause symptoms such as ringing in the ears, dizziness, insomnia, headaches and earaches. Our hearing ability is only 60 decibels which gradually decreases to 50-60 decibels which causes deafness.

Constantly listening to loud music on headphones has a bad effect not only on the ears but also on the heart. Not only that, the risk of serious diseases like cancer also increases with age. That’s why doctors recommend listening to low volume music on headphones.

This fun can be like a punishment for you if you listen to music loudly through headphones. Also avoid sharing your headphones while listening to music in the office or at home. Doing so greatly increases your risk of ear infections.

Using headphones every day also damages your brain a lot. Because of the intense vibrations of music we suffer from mental illness. It also causes headaches and insomnia.

Use headphones only when you need to if you want to avoid ear related problems. Use good quality headphones instead of cheap headphones. Also, you should not use earphones for more than 30 minutes a day. SS2KP
