We spoke to Andy the CEO and asked what the make up and growth is for the company. Total Regen started as a single demolition company serving the North West of England, but since conception over 10 years ago, we have expanded our operations to offer our clients a one stop shop solution.

This business model ensures our clients to save money and only deal with one company. It essentially streamlines the construction process and increases productivity. We are heavily involved in some complex projects in the UK, especially London.
We are committed to the reuse of brownfield land, by cleansing the land and brining it back into future redevelopment existence. We have recently completed a project for the local authorities in London which included the site clearance of brownfield land and building new homes for the local communities.
Total Regeneration employ approximately 400 full time staff and are always recruiting new faces. The key is to recruit, train and retain the companies future. Total Regen has further plans to serve new markets including building restoration, facilities management and passive houses construction.
Passive houses is definitely the future, a passive house will reduce your energy bills by 95% by utilizing the energy consumed around the building. Total Regen has seen a sharp demand for this type of build and we are currently building a passive house in Manchester.
Although the initial build is more than your conventional house, the future savings on energy bills simply out ways the additional cost of the build.
We are currently in talks with our commercial clients to see if this can be replicated in a commercial capacity.
