New Delhi, Former US President Donald Trump has been struck down by a court in New York. The court found Trump guilty of sexual harassment. Trump has been fined $5 million for sexual harassment and defamation. While giving the verdict, the court said that in the 1990s, the writer of a magazine E. Jeanne Carroll is convicted of sexually abusing her. Trump has also tried to defame Kerala several times.
The court found Trump guilty and ordered Kerala to pay $5 million in damages. However, the court did not find Trump guilty of raping Kerala in a department store. The jury dismissed Kairal’s misdemeanor charges, saying the case was brought before a civil court, not a criminal one. The trial against Trump began on April 25 and now a nine-member jury has found Trump guilty of sexual assault. During the hearing of the case, Trump had repeatedly defamed the victim, Kairal. Kerala first mentioned this incident in a book in 2019.
