A FITNESS queen has revealed the go-to breakfast recipe that helped her lose 3.5 stone.
MaKayla Thomas is a nutrition specialist and often uses her social media to share insights into her own weight loss journey.

The recipe was very straight-forward and took no time[/caption]
Part of this includes her easy recipes, which she says helped her go down from 13 stone to 9.5 stone.
In one such clip, she revealed her grab-and-go breakfast, which takes no time to make and lasts between four to five days.
Posting a before photo, viewers could first see her dressed in a grey sports bra alongside black high waist leggings.
“Wanting to hide every imperfection at 183 lbs,” she wrote over this.
She then posted an after clip of herself posing in a pair of grey shorts and a light blue sports bra as she flexed her muscles.
Over this, she wrote: “Feeling good at whatever weight”.
MaKayla then shared her ‘mini quiche egg cups’ recipe, which she said is “perfect for meal prep and easy to customise”.
Taking a bowl out, she added six eggs alongside a half a cup of milk, shredded cheese as well as half a teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Whisking this thoroughly, she then produced a packet of Pillsbury mini pie crusts, which would be the equivalent of the £2.40 tastlet cases that can be found from Waitrose.
“Crust is optional – I love them and they help with fullness (but they do add some cals),” she explained.
MaKayla said she makes some with and some without to add variety to her morning breakfasts.
Piercing the crusts with a fork, she then fills each one a third of the way before adding toppings.
Sharing some ideas as to what can be added she said bacon, ham, sausage, spinach, tomatoes, peppers and onions are all great.
TikTok user @makayla_thomas_fit wrote: “Add fillings YOU like!” before instructing viewers to bake them at 190 degrees Celsius for 14 to 18 minutes.
“So easy to grab and go for the week,” she added as she showed off the results.
In the caption, she shared: “High protein, filling and so [fire] great grab and go meal prep option for your week! (This recipe will make 12)”.
And people were impressed as one person wrote: “My meal prep this week! So good and filling”.
Another said: “ooo these would be good with shredded hash browns on the bottom!”
When one person asked how long they keep for, she replied: “4-5 days!”
And another added: “Yes! No one else in my family likes quiche so this is perfect for me!”
