A FOOD influencer has shared her simple and quick fall lunch for those who are too busy to cook.
She recommended the recipe for those with goals to reach but often don’t have the time to spare.

The mom, who had lost 50 pounds on her own, raved about the meal that helped her meet her fitness goals.
“Pack an easy, high protein, no cooking required fall lunch with me,” she said.
She started off with four to six ounces of chicken, adding in apples, chopped nuts, and cranberries.
For the dressing, instead of a high-calorie pick, she opted to make her own.
She mixed together two tablespoons of light mayo, two tablespoons of Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic.
She plated the autumn harvest salad in a glass container, along with some crackers and yogurt with caramel and apples for dessert.
People were obsessed with the easy and creative meal and took to the comments to show their appreciation for her.
