When about to leave, Pintu Praveen Majethia, who has an office in MTC Complex located in Velanja, contacted the complainant and took all the documents.
He took the complainant into confidence and promised to complete the visa process within 105 days and collected 10 lakh, 53 thousand 830 rupees from the complainant piece by piece, bank transaction and cash.
The visa agent Pintu did not give a proper reply when the complainant contacted the MTC complex in Velanja of the accused's comrades who did not receive the visa on time. On the contrary, Pintu Majethia threatened the complainant and threatened to kill him. Hence the victim Paras Thacker filed a complaint at Kamrej police station.
