Provision in a budget of ₹ 9 crore for the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
The Prime Minister is proving to be Sanjeev for poor welfare food scheme and poor families. Provision of Rs. 90 crore for distribution of tuwar dal and chickpeas to provide protein -based affordable food to NFSA ration card holders.
Under the National Food Security Act-1, a provision of Rs. 9 crore to provide grain to an estimated 1 lakh families who are eligible. NFSA provision of Rs. 9 crore to provide food relief rates twice a year to beneficiary families.
Provision of Rs. 1 crore for the distribution of micro -nutrients double fortified salt (Iron+iodinayukta). A total of Rs. 9 crore for the construction of 3 godowns under the NABARD Loan Scheme and according to the WDRA guidelines of the Government of India.
In addition to the minimum support price for farmers to get affordable prices on the purchase of millet, sorghum and ragi to promote the consumption of Sri Annan (Milet), a provision of Rs.
