There is an expedited study permit process designed for students applying to study in Canada from Brazil, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Senegal, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago and Vietnam.
PTE Academic Test taken before August 10 will be eligible for SDS. However, it should be submitted after this date and within the deadline set by IRCC.
With this, PTE is now accepted by Canada for all visa categories including Student Direct Stream (SDS), Economic Migration and Non-SDS Academic Admission.
