Mumbai beat Chennai Kings by five wickets

New Delhi, Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, the last two teams in the points table in IPL-204, will take on Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium on Thursday. However, the batting performance of both the teams was poor in this match.

In which Chennai’s performance was more poor. Mumbai Indians won by five wickets against Chennai Super Kings with the help of deadly performances by bowlers including Daniel Sams. Mumbai won the toss and invited Chennai to bat first in the 18th season of the world’s most popular T20 cricket tournament on Thursday.

Chennai batsmen could not survive against Mumbai bowlers and the team led by Mahendra Singh Dhoni was all out for 4 runs in 19 overs. The batting of the Mumbai team led by Rohit Sharma, who came on the field to cross the easy target of 3 runs, was also poor.

However, she managed to win. Mumbai won the toss and elected to bat. However, this result will not make any difference to both the teams as both the teams have been eliminated from the playoff race. Mumbai Indians had an easy target of 9 runs but Mumbai Indians had to lose five wickets to cross it. Mumbai had a bad start.

The team lost Ishaan Kishan’s wicket for six runs. He scored six runs. Then skipper Rohit Sharma was out for 18 runs. Daniel Sams collected the pavilion with a run. When the team’s score was 3 runs, the top two wickets fell.

The team lost four wickets in 4 runs. However, Tilak Verma batted patiently to lead the team to victory. He was accompanied by Hrithik Shokin. Tilak Verma scored an unbeaten 4 off 7 balls with four fours.

While Hrithik contributed 16 and Tim David 18 not out. For Chennai, Mukesh Chaudhary took three wickets and Simerjit Singh and Moin Ali took one wicket each. Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to bat against Chennai Super Kings.

But Chennai’s batting was extremely poor. The team was all out within 100 runs. Chennai’s top four batsmen could not even record a double digit score.SSS
