In Pavagadh, the temple premises have been renovated and a peak has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 121 crore.
Vadodara, In the morning, after receiving blessings from Prime Minister Modi, he arrived at the famous Mahakali Mata temple in Pavagadh. Prime Minister Modi reached Raisan in Gandhinagar and washed his feet on his 100th birthday and received blessings.

The historic temple of Madhavpur near Porbandar in Saurashtra will also be developed, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on the occasion of inauguration of Pavagadh renovation. Prime Minister Modi has inaugurated the new construction of the temple and said, “After years of having the opportunity to spend some time in the footsteps of Mahakali in Pavagadh, this is the best moment of my life.”
When Sankalpa becomes an achievement, he enjoys what his imagination is. Even after completing 5 years of independence after five centuries, the flag did not fly at the peak of Mahakali. This moment inspires us, gives us energy. And inspires to live according to the great tradition.
The Gupta Navratri is about to begin, before it is in front of us in a grand and divine form in the Mahakali temple. Shakti and sadhana have the same characteristics. Gupta is Navratri, but power never fades. This temple raises our heads, centuries later the flag has been hoisted on the Pavagadh temple. This is not only a symbol of faith and spirituality, but it also states that centuries change but the pinnacle of faith remains forever. A magnificent Ram temple is taking shape in Ayodhya.
Talking about the development of the surrounding area by keeping the original temple intact, he said that now a large number of people will be able to perform Darshan and Aarti at the same time. Along with this, the steps for climbing Pavagadh have also been made wider and more convenient, said Prime Minister Modi. Along with this, the famous Dudhia Lake will also be developed here. Prime Minister Modi also said that one can enjoy the beauty of Pavagadh through rope-way.
It may be mentioned that the temple premises in Pavagadh have been renovated at a cost of Rs. 121 crore and a peak has been constructed. The temple could not be hoisted on the temple for centuries as there was no peak. For example, about 200 years later, the flag will be flown at the temple again. The corridor built around the temple is wide enough to accommodate 6,000 devotees. The stairs to reach the temple have also been widened.
When Mohammad Begda invaded Pavagadh in the 16th century, he demolished the temple, damaged the peak and built a dargah there. Due to which the flag could not be hoisted on the temple. However, now the question of this dargah has been resolved.SS2KP
