Mumbai, Major indices of the Indian stock market on Thursday opened in the green today, sidestepping yesterday’s rout, on positive cues from global markets. Both Sensex and Nifty rose in early trading.
After four days of bullishness, the stock market crashed on Wednesday due to selling. Sensex rose 107.4 points to 60,454.37 as the market opened this morning. While Nifty also opened at the level of 18,046.35 with an increase of 33 points. Currently, both Sensex and Nifty are going up during the trading.
Among the top gainers of Nifty, the shares of Maruti Suzuki, Eicher Motors, ICICI Bank, Koil India, Larsen are currently being sold, while the shares of Maruti Suzuki, ICICI Bank, NTPC, Larsen, MSHM are among the top gainers of Sensex.
Nifty top losers include Hindalco, Infosys, Cipla, Tata Steel, Bajaj Finserv while Sensex top losers include Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Steel, IndusInd Bank. HS1MS
