Mumbai, May 25, 2024 – Focus Lighting & Fixtures Limited engaged in manufacturing innovative lighting solutions of LED lights (NSE – FOCUS) in the fourth quarter of FY2024 at Rs. 10.76 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2023 to Rs. 5.42 crores representing an increase of 99 percent over the net profit.
In the fourth quarter of financial year 2024, the total revenue is Rs. 60.30 crore was recorded which in the fourth quarter of financial year 2023 was Rs. 41.1 crore was 46.7 percent higher year-on-year than total revenues.
Ebitda increased by 71.7 percent year-on-year to Rs. 13.87 crores. Ebitda margin and net profit margin for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 stood at 23 percent (growth of 335 basis points year-on-year) and 17.27 percent (growth of 472 basis points year-on-year), respectively.
For the financial year ending March, 2024, the company posted a year-on-year growth of 35.35 percent to Rs. 230 crore with total revenue and 66.1 percent growth at Rs. 39.21 crores net profit was reported. The retail lighting segment posted a revenue of Rs. 137.56 crore in revenue while the infrastructure and railway segments contributed Rs. 15.28 crore and Rs. 0.93 crore was contributed.
In terms of income distribution by population, the Indian market is Rs. 138.04 crore, the UAE market at Rs. 57.97 crore and Singapore Rs. 34.02 crore was contributed.
