(Agencies) Ujjain, Ujjain Police have busted an international betting gang in the biggest betting operation in the history of Madhya Pradesh. The operation was carried out at two places simultaneously in Ujjain on the tip of an informer.
Apart from C19 Dreams Colony in Nilganga Police Station area of Ujjain, this police action took place in Musaddipura of Kharakuan Police Station area. The police received information from an informer that large-scale betting was being played on T20 World Cup cricket. The police first raided both the places and then raided them late at night.
When the police raided these places, cash, foreign currency, 41 mobiles, 19 laptops, 5 Mac minis, 1 iPad, National International SIM, two pen drives, three memory cards and other communication devices, credit and debit cards were found in these places. The card has been recovered. A total of 9 people have been detained in this case.
