Utilization of funds received by the Company – (1) Rs. 3874.41 million (Rs. 387.44 crore) to incur capital expenditure for setting up new processing centers and new fulfillment centers with automation, (2) approximately Rs. 737.12 million (Rs. 73.71 crore) to enhance technological and data science capabilities including cloud infrastructure, (3) approximately Rs. 2,392.30 (Rs. 239.23 crore) to enhance technological and data science capabilities including cloud infrastructure, (4) by the company approximately Rs. 879.19 million (Rs. 87.91 crores) including payment of interest for full or partial repayment of debt incurred by the company and for general corporate purposes.
