fighting, In Surajgarh village of Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan, a husband and wife had a disagreement to the extent that they fought over the body of their twelve-year-old son. This escalated to such an extent that the whole matter reached the court.
The saddest thing is that this kind of case has come to court for the first time. That is why, seeing the sensitivity of the matter, the judge held an immediate hearing and ordered the son's body to be handed over to the father. The Additional District Judge (ADJ) gave his verdict within an hour and a half after hearing the arguments of both sides.
According to the preliminary information, Rekha Sharma of Gadrata village of Khetdi was married to Ashok Sharma, a resident of Kirtan village of Rajgarh taluka of Churu district. He had two sons in his married life. But about eight years ago, a dispute arose between the couple and eventually the two started living separately. Wife Rekha Sharma took both sons and went to live in her pier.
Meanwhile, in 2017, Ashok Sharma went to take his two sons by force. Controversy increased after this incident. After that, Ashok Sharma filed an application in the court to get the custody of his two sons. The case is still pending in court.
Rekha and Asho Sharma's younger son Harshit (12 years) fell ill 10 days ago. She was treated in Surajgarh, where Rekha's maternal uncle's house is. But the health worsened, due to which Harshit was referred to a hospital in Jaipur.
However, he was treated for five days at JK Lone Hospital in Jaipur, but died. But the dispute between the parents did not end even after the death of their son. After Harshit's death, father Ashok Sharma had to go to court to claim his son's body.
In this case, the Additional District Judge gave his verdict in just one and a half hours. The judge ordered the police to hand over the child's body to his father. After that, the police conducted the postmortem of the dead body at the medical board and then handed over the dead body to the father. After that, Harshit's last rites were performed. Although this phenomenon is currently hotly debated.SS1MS
