Indian Railways will run Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC passenger trains under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Yojana
(Agencies) New Delhi, India Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will operate Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Chhajra tourist train under the ‘Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat’ scheme. This Garvi Gujarat Yatra will start from Delhi Safdarjung station on February 28. This train journey is prepared under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Yojana of Govt.
Built to showcase India’s vibrant Gujarat heritage. State-of-the-art Bharat Gourvi Deluxe AC Tourist Trains with First AC and Second AC classes will be run for 8 days for all journeys. The passenger train consists of 4 first AC coaches, 2 second AC coaches, a fully equipped pantry car and two rail restaurants.
Now ‘Rail’ will be the pride of Gujarat and the unique ‘Mail…’ of tourism.

In which seating arrangements have been made for 156 tourists at a time. Major pilgrimage and heritage sites of Gujarat i.e. Statue of Unity, Champaner, Somnath, Dwarka, Nageswar, Bet Dwarka, Ahmedabad, Modhera and Patan will be the main attractions of the tour.
Tourists can also board/deboard this tourist train at Gurugram, Rewari, Ringas, Phulera and Ajmer railway stations. For the convenience of the customers, along with the payment gateway, the payment option is also provided to the customers.
Earlier, a similar train was running under the name of Bharat Darshan Train. Its fare was Rs 900 per day for a sleeper class passenger and Rs 1500 per day for a third-AC passenger. But this train was stopped in April 2022. The train completed 16 trips from January to March 2022 and earned around Rs 13.15 crore.
