New York, Gurupatwant Singh Pannu, a Khalistani terrorist who threatened India and poisoned Hindus while sitting in America, has filed a case against the Indian government and India's National Security Advisor Ajit Doval in a district court in New York for plotting his murder. Following this, the American court has issued a summons against the Indian government and Doval.
However, the Indian government has termed the case filed by Pannu as totally unnecessary and baseless. The court has ordered to reply to this summons within 21 days.
In this case filed on 17th September, Pannu has alleged that the Modi government assigned the job to Gupta to kill him. Reacting to this, India's Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said, We have said earlier that these are completely baseless allegations. The filing of this case has not changed our view on it.
A case has been filed against the Government of India, Doval and Nikhil Gupta by Sarvesarva Pannu of Khalistani terrorist organization Sikh for Justice. Last November, the US federal court framed charges against Nikhil Gupta for conspiracy to kill Pannu. Gupta was subsequently extradited from the Czech Republic to the United States to appear in federal court.
Where he said that he was innocent in this matter. In the case filed by Pannu, apart from Dowal, several officers of 'Ro' are also mentioned.SS1MS
