Flipkart’s subsidiary F1 Info Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd will provide after sales services to Google Pixel consumers through a centralized repair center in Noida and walk-in services from F1’s 28 service centers in 27 cities across the country.
State-of-the-art after-sales repair support involves collecting their devices, repairing the devices and delivering them back to customers.
Bengaluru- Flipkart’s subsidiary and services arm, F1 Info Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd, has announced its collaboration with Google to provide state-of-the-art customer support for Google Pixel phones through a centralized repair center in Noida and its network across the country. At walk-in service centers, customers can get simple troubleshooting or information about the features of their Pixel device. If, their device requires any repair this will be done through the centralized repair center located in Noida.
The walk-in center will securely pack and send it to the servicing center, where they will communicate with the user until their device is repaired and returned from the center.
Over the years, F1 Services has invested in training and building a strong pool of qualified technicians to ensure that after sales services are well provided to its customers. F1 Services will now be trained by Google experts to service Google Pixel phones.
